1. Consult

   To begin the process our design team hold an in-depth meeting with you to discuss design and feature requirements for your webste. In this phase, we'll talk through the look and feel of your brand and look at other websites you like. By the end of the meeting we'll have a good idea of where to begin with your design.

2. Design

   We'll work closely with you to develop the right look and feel for your website. This involves the production of a visual prototype of the homepage based on the feedback we had in the consultation meeting. We then adjust the design based on your feedback - this can go through several iterations - until we arrive on an approved visual.

3. Build

   With an approved visual, the design is then coded into cross browser XHTML & CSS. During this phase we integrate the design into LiquidWeb and setup everything for you so that you can begin adding in your content after you've been trained. There's flexibility here to add content before the build is finished, however many clients prefer to wait.

4. Train

   Our Support Team provide training for your team at both the Somerset and London Sitemakers offices. This is usually a quick and painless process, as we aim for LiquidWeb to be as intuitive as possible.

5. Launch

   After all of the content has been added to your website and testing is completed, we'll then set the website live. This is typically as simple as flicking a switch, but should be scheduled in so that all parties are aware of when this will happen.

6. Support

   We provide telephone and email support - including out of hours support - to make sure that your website continues to run smoothly.
