Training & Support Features
In-person Training
We offer full training for LiquidWeb at our Somerset offices or, if it's more convenient for you, we offer training at our office in central London.
Remote Training
If coming to one of our offices is not an option, we can offer remote training using our specialised screen sharing software. These sessions can be arranged for the dates that best suit you.
Telephone Support
If you have a question and need a quick answer you can phone our UK-based support staff during normal office hours (between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday) on 01458 253 290.
Support Tickets
Support enquiries can be sent to our Support Ticket system via email any time of the day or night. This can be useful if you have an issue outside of our normal office working hours (between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday).
